For anyone who wants to be able to act with confidence when someone around them needs help, at home, at work or in sport.

Wat je leert

Recognise a life-threatening situation and know when to call 112.
Perform CPR and use an AED.
Provide first aid for choking, severe bleeding and burns.
Treat fractures, sprains and other injuries with rest and support.
Recognise the signs of stroke, concussion and heatstroke.
